Please review the appointment, cancellation, medical eligibility, and result variability policies before booking your treatment.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit may be required at the time of booking. This helps protect appointment availability and reduce last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

To respect clinic time and appointment availability, late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule within the required notice period through Jane App.

Sick Cancellation Policy

If you are sick, please do not attend your appointment. Injectable and skin treatments should be postponed when you are unwell. Late cancellations due to illness may still be subject to the clinic cancellation policy, as last-minute appointment gaps are difficult to fill.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling, depending on the service booked and clinic schedule.

Refund Policy

All treatments and deposits are non-refundable once provided or applied. Aesthetic outcomes vary by client, and no result can be guaranteed.

Medical Eligibility

Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. A consultation and medical screening are required before treatment. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain medical conditions, active infections, or contraindications may not be eligible for treatment.
